Terms of service

 

1.  Gift Days Out Limited agrees to supply you with tickets you select subject to availability. Tickets will only be delivered within the UK, unless otherwise agreed by management.
2. You cannot take a Gift Days Out gift card into any of the attractions to pay for tickets - you can only purchase them from our site or over the telephone with Gift Days Out Ltd.  Your tickets are then posted to your address, or in some cases, can be emailed, but only with a credit card guarantee.
3. Our agreement is limited to the supply of the requested tickets. Gift Days Out in no way guarantees or warrants the availability of the goods and service to which a particular ticket pertains, and is in no way liable for damages, consequential or otherwise, arising from redeeming the tickets supplied by us in return for goods and services.
4. Occasionally Gift Days Out may add new attractions to a Gift Card without prior notice to its customers - we cannot be held liable for new attractions becoming available after you have selected your choice.   Alternatively, Gift Days Out may no longer be able to offer tickets to an attraction showing on any Gift Days Out giftcard, or featured on the Gift Days Out website on any earlier viewing other than today’s date. 
5. Once you are in receipt of your Gift Days Out voucher for tickets to your chosen attraction, you are then bound by the terms and conditions on that voucher and with the attraction themselves.
6. These conditions in no way affect your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
7. Once tickets have been printed we cannot change these tickets.  Please be sure of the dates required before purchasing.
8. Fraudulent orders will be reported to the police.  If found using a stolen credit/debit card alongside a purchase, then your order using the Gift Days Out card will be stopped, whilst searches are carried out to either locate the real owner of the gift card, or for you to verify that you are the actual owner.
9.  Individual terms, conditions and limitations may apply for tickets. We have made every reasonable effort to include such terms, conditions and limitations on this web site, but these may change from time to time without notice. It is your responsibility to check any terms, conditions or limitations which may apply.
10. Unless otherwise stated, all tickets with a nominal monetary value will be in UK Pounds Sterling.
11. By purchasing tickets through this site you agree that you have read and understood these terms and conditions, and agree to abide by them.
12. All trademarks mentioned throughout this site may be registered trademarks of their respective companies. Gift Days Out Limited is not responsible for any misrepresentation of any product by any manufacturer or any public or political involvement of any manufacturer, distributor, partner, employee, or agent. 
13. All descriptions, policies, and statements contained in this document or provided by our employees are as accurate as possible. We reserve the right to make changes as needed without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse any sale for any reason. In the event that one or more of the policies contained herein may be found to be unenforceable, it shall not affect any other policy.  
14.  All content of our printed or electronic media materials are owned by Gift Days Out Limited, and any unauthorised reproduction or use may be in violation of certain laws.
15. Our suppliers and partners on the site (the Attractions) reserve the right to amend or change a price on a ticket at any time according to their terms and conditions.
16. Gift Days Out have no liability for any accident or injury occuring when you attend any attraction with one of our tickets.
17. Gift Cards expire 12 months after the date of activation.  Activation is date of purchase, not the date you register your card with us on this website if using that service.  Unfortunately we cannot renew expired gift cards.
18. Account holders will have their accounts deleted once their registered gift card expires, so that we do not send out any promotional material to you.  Gift Days Out do not have the technology to advise when a card is due to expire.  Please request this by email or phone should you wish to know this, or refer to your original gift receipt.
19. Registering your gift card, does not mean that you can discard your gift card.  Registering your gift card means that your details are stored in our system, and you might get special offers via email if you have opted in to receive such emails from us.  Registering your gift card does not mean your card is activated.  To find this out, please use our balance enquiry area on the website.

Gift Days Out Limited is a registered company within the United Kingdom. All disputes shall be subject to resolution under English Law.  Registered co no: 5936868. 

Gift Days Out Limited reserves the right to amend their terms and conditions, dating any changes at any time due to market conditions.
